Workout With Me: Shoulders + Chest
"Wait, you want me to work my shoulders AND chest?"
Uh-huh, girlfriend. We were given the right to vote nearly 97 years ago so, yeah, we can lift shoulders and chest. (Thanks, 19th amendment!)
Chest and shoulder training often fall to the bottom of the list for women. Who wants to look like a burly, barrel-chested man, right? WRONG.
We may share the same rights as men, but our weight lifting training sessions do not produce the same results as men. I promise you won't look like The Rock after doing this shoulder and chest workout.
