Workout With Me: Medicine Ball Ab Circuit
Last week I found myself legitimately scheduling my time down to the minute. I had appointment after appointment, phone calls to make, a house to clean, laundry to do, a full-time job to keep up with, a kid to keep alive... and I was preparing for a Memorial Day vacation with my family.
I love the gym atmosphere where I can focus on the job at hand and crank out a workout without distraction, but that isn't always my reality. I have invested in some very inexpensive equipment to keep in the corner of my bedroom for the days I just can't make it to the gym, but need to fit in a quick sweat session in order to maintain my sanity.
Check out this fun abdominal burner circuit next time your in a bind and need to hit that core. Start with a warm-up then do 30-45 seconds of each round. Repeat 3 times or more depending on fitness level and time.
